Guarantee and Return Policy
If anything you receive from us does not meet with your full approval, please return it to us within 30 days and we will refund your money or replace the item for you. Simply return the item and enclose a copy of the invoice. To help us serve you better, please write a brief note telling us why you are returning the item. Please let us know if you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a refund. C.O.D. returns are not accepted.

Warranty
The Spinoza Company warrants Spinoza Bear and all of his components; including his CD player, and speaker to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not include batteries. If, during this time, you experience a problem with your Spinoza Bear, you may send the Bear to the Bear Doctor at the address above, at your expense. Please include a letter explaining the problem and your return address. (please use a street address and not a PO Box) The Spinoza Bear will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you at no charge.

Shipping Information
Whenever possible and feasible, we will use UPS to ship your products. We can also ship to PO boxes if you desire. Canadian orders will be shipped via Postal Service Express Mail (EMS). Canadian customers, please call for shipping rates, as they are higher than those listed here. (shipping charge for a Spinoza Bear to Canada is $24.75) Shipping and handling charges are price based and will be added to your order in the following increments for orders shipped within the continental U.S.:

$50.01 to $100.00 . . . . . $11.00
